+ 2 years   Be a vegetarian

+ 2 years   Eat a handful of nuts everyday

+ 4 years   Exercise regularly

+ 3 to 4 years  Maintain a healthy body weight

+ 7 years   Volunteer once a week

+ 7 to 14 years  Attend church

+ 10 years   Don’t smoke


+ 35 to 43 years!
