It is interesting to know that many people think Tomatoes and Avocados are vegetables. They are fruits! I grew up knowing Avocado as a fruit because we always use it in desserts and only occasionally we use it in main dish. On the other hand, tomatoes are great for cooking. They are also good if you eat them raw like a fruit, in juice form or with your salad. Either way, we can enjoy their flavors and the nutrients they give to keep us healthy.
